Australia Shipping

Standard Australia Post: $10.00 (2 - 4 business days, made to order garments excluded**)  

International Shipping 

Currently we do not offer International shipping on at the check out, however please contact us at herclolab@gmail.com and we hope we can assist you on case to case basis. 

HER CLO.LAB. is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in customer country. We will be happy to assist you if you have any questions about this matter.

Information about your order

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and sent from our studio in Chippendale, Sydney using Australia Post for all domestic orders. All options have full tracking available. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours from 9am to 5pm, such as a work address.

Order tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery.

International taxes and duties

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.

We support Australian businesses with environmentally sustainable products and services. Our packaging is eco-friendly (we use fabric and compostable packaging only) and have a zero plastic policy on all shipments, so we can get your goodies to your door without harming the environment.
